Roster Requirements

Initial Roster:

Initial Rosters are required Prior to start of first game. Coaches must turn in Rosters to Umpires with Line-up card. If Roster is not turned in prior to game time, that team will not be allowed to play and will forfeit the game. Roster must be filled out completely with players information as follows:

* First and last name
* Address
* Phone number
* Valid TX Drivers License number or TX ID number
* Date of birth (parent/guardian sign for 16-17 years old)
* Team manager/coach signature and date
* ALL PLAYERS must sign the line beside their name

Final Roster:

Final Roster for spring and fall league is due prior to the start of the third game of season. Final Roster for summer league is due Prior to the start of first game of season.
